Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
- 2 cups almond pulp (not sweet)
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 bunch fresh or dried dill weed
- 1⁄2 cup finely diced onions
- 1⁄2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
